Comments from Loveland Opera Theatre's Gala 2007: "Your voice is still my favorite!" ..."a voice like butter"..."creamy sound".

"Cast has enormous vocal ability... Classically trained Nancy E. Harris''s vocal work ...was particularly impressive." - John Moore,  The Denver Post 11/27/01

…the work of Nancy E. Harris as Marmee (a role she originated) stand(s) out like a beacon. Here is an actress who not only handles the operatic aspects of her vocal parts with precision and grace, she manages to be absolutely present in every moment she’s onstage.”
- John Moore,  The Denver Post 12/16/05

"Nancy E. Harris stuns as Marmee." - David Marlowe, 12/05

Early in the show, at Christmas, the scene between Poppy (Jeff Betsch)

writing from the muddy trenches of the Civil War and Marnee (Nancy E.

Harris) reading his letter to the girls is very well done, holding together a strong poignant moment for today's reality. Little Women is a story of the four girls. Betsch and Harris invest strong backbone for the growing up antics. They are consistent throughout.

Thank you, Nancy, for helping to make our day so special. You have a voice that makes everything else seem so meaningless. Thank you, Pam & Dan” (Wedding)

Fabulous Norma !!  You guys are total pros.  You could have showed the NY City Opera how to do it! Kristin

I loved your performance. I was all a twitter with a tear in my eye... You were fabulous!!!!!

You delivered the song with such emotion that it went right to my heart, Wow

I love working with you on such material, can't wait to start the next project.
Randall

My friend and I came to the Sunday matinee performance of "Abduction from the Seraglio" yesterday. We really enjoyed it. The high praise the production has received in reviews was well deserved. I saw you through the window, (the staging was very clever), and heard you clearly. Wonderful job! What a great season! Mary

You are a beautiful singer and performer! Judith

Once again I would like to express how much we all so enjoyed "Little Woman". It was a delight, and, wow, what a cast!  (You were so good).  I took such pride in such a find.  Alma

Re Student Prince at Bonfils Theatre

“Both M.T. Karlinger as Kathie…and Nancy E. Harris as the princess have splendid voices and offer lively performances to match their songs.”

Henry Lowenstein introducing me to someone at his July 4 80th birthday party: “Nancy is a wonderful singer and actress. She was a principal in a lot of the musicals at Bonfils. It was a privilege to have her there.”

Thank you so much for sharing your passion with us. I looked up the word (impeccable) and found the meaning I was intending- flawless.  Your acting and singing are flawless. Anne.  (Prather, producer of LW)

What a wonderful Marmee we had because of the talent and life you brought to the role. I am only one of many who “sing” your praises. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for sharing your lovely* voice.

Fondly,

Anne

*or should I say magnificent?
