My last updates were done in late October, and due to many events, I've not been able to chat here since then. In November, I caught a coughing virus and thus began the sleep-every-day-2-to-5 -extra-hours routine. That somnolence has taken a great deal of my time, to say the least, and has continued due to next catching the flu! Just doing my teaching and regular routine has been difficult.
But not all has been about sickness. In December, I flew to Florida to celebrate my still-active and wonderful 99-yr-old mother with 300 others of family and close friends. She is amazing, still gardening, driving, cleaning house, cooking, etc. I wish I were as healthy!
I'm starting to have more energy, and spring helps a lot! Look at this beautiful scene of spring bulbs...the excitement of all of the new growth and color and scents is contagious!
